Refund policy

 

We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. Even if you've used the product!

What do we need?

Please provide the order number and the reason why the product didn't work out for you, or what we can improve to make the product work for you.

Refund

If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refunded and your order qualified for free shipping we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
